Before you begin: please enter the details of the person placing the order below. The person using the alarm can be different. After ordering, we will email you a link to provide important information about the alarm user, including nominated keyholders and relevant medical details.

VAT exemption

If the alarm user meets the relevant eligibility criteria, the service may qualify for VAT exemption. If you are unsure, you can read our VAT exemption guidance before completing the order form.

Need an additional pendant?

One personal alarm button is included with the system. If another person in the household also needs their own pendant, you can select an additional pendant in the order form.

Setup fee

A one-off setup fee of £99 applies (£118.80 if not VAT exempt). This is separate from the monthly monitoring payment.

Please note: the setup fee must be paid before the alarm can be dispatched. After your order is received, we will contact you with the information needed to complete the setup payment and the remaining account details.

VAT Exemption Statement

If the person for whom the alarm is being purchased has a medical condition requiring medication or is registered as disabled, they may be eligible for VAT exemption. Please refer to our VAT Exemption Guide if necessary for more information.
If you answered yes to the above question, following the placement of your order, you will receive a link to our brief VAT Exemption Declaration Form. This form must be completed before we dispatch your order.

What happens next

After you place your order

There are a few important steps to complete before we can prepare and dispatch your GSM personal alarm.

We receive your order

Once your order has been submitted, we’ll begin setting up the account for your GSM personal alarm service.

Look out for our email

We’ll email you asking for important information about the alarm user, including keyholder contact details and relevant medical information. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.

Complete the required information

Please complete and return the requested client information. If VAT exemption may apply, we will also send you a link to complete the relevant VAT exemption form.

Setup fee & dispatch

The one-off setup fee must be paid and the required client information received before we can dispatch the alarm. Once complete, we’ll prepare the unit and send it with setup guidance.

Important information about your order

  • The GSM personal alarm service is subject to a 12-month minimum monitoring term.
  • The telecare alarm equipment is supplied on a rental basis for the duration of the service.
  • A one-off setup fee applies and must be paid before the alarm can be dispatched.
  • VAT-exempt pricing applies only where the relevant eligibility criteria are met.
  • The GSM alarm connects using a mobile network SIM and does not require a broadband connection or landline.
  • Mobile network coverage is required for the GSM service to operate correctly.
