Returns Within 14 Days

Changed your mind? No problem! You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return the product at your own cost. Simply provide us with written notice, and you can send it back for a refund within 14 days. Please note, you’ll need to cover the postage costs and we recommend using a recorded delivery service for added security. We can only provide a partial refund if the product’s value has been reduced due to your use. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and condition to avoid any issues with your refund. Refunds Over 14 Days

Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund orders over 14 days old.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that doesn’t meet our standards, don’t worry! Just let us know as soon as possible after delivery. We’ll either collect the product or ask you to return it. Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll replace the product, or issue a credit note, whatever works best for you!

How to return an item

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 103a Gilford Road, Lurgan, County Armagh, Northern Ireland, BT66 7AH. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for added security. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable, other than where we have confirmed that an item you returned is defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, if applicable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
