Choosing your GPS alarm in the order form

Some people who are disabled or chronically sick may be eligible for VAT relief on their personal alarm. If you're unsure whether this applies to you, you can read our VAT Exemption Guidance before continuing.

The form below first asks whether the alarm user is eligible for VAT exemption. Once you answer this question, the available GPS alarm options and the appropriate prices will appear automatically.

Before you complete your order

Please read the following before entering your details below. This helps ensure we have everything needed to configure and dispatch your monitored GPS alarm correctly.

12-month minimum subscription

The monitored GPS alarm service has a minimum contract period of 12 months.

14-day cancellation period

You have a 14-day cancellation period. Full details are available in our Terms & Conditions.

User details required before dispatch

After ordering, we'll email you a link to complete the GPS Customer Information Form with the alarm user's details and emergency contacts.

Please note: Go Watch orders are currently subject to a 4-6 week delay before dispatch.

Please enter the name and address of the person ordering the GPS locator. This may be different from the person who will be using the device. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a link to an online information sheet. That form is designed to gather essential information about the person who will be using the service and includes their nominated emergency contacts we can call in the event of a panic button activation.

VAT Exemption Statement

If the person for whom the GPS locator is being purchased has a medical condition requiring medication or is registered as disabled, they may be eligible for VAT exemption. Please refer to our VAT Exemption Guide if necessary for more information.
If you answered yes to the above question, following the placement of your order, you will receive a link to our brief VAT Exemption Declaration Form. This form must be completed before we dispatch your order.

Customise Your GPS Locator

Fall detection is a feature that enhances the GPS locator's safety capabilities. When enabled, the device can automatically detect certain types of falls and trigger an alert, ensuring swift assistance in case of accidents or emergencies. However, please note that no fall detector can detect 100% of falls and this is why having a manual button for emergencies is vital. If you choose not to have the fall detection you can still summon assistance by pressing the emergency button on the device.
If you choose yes, login details will be sent to you along with your order. This enables your location data to be viewed on our trackgpslocation platform, via a desktop or smartphone. This can enable emergency contacts to track the device location in real time, provided mobile cellular coverage is available. Historical data can also be viewed, providing a detailed overview of past movements. Regardless of whether you choose yes or no, rest assured, upon activation day or night, the monitoring service will be conducted by our operators who can view the location data, including history trail/last known location, in order to arrange the assistance you need.

What happens next?

Your GPS alarm is configured for the monitored service before it is dispatched.

Complete the user information form

We'll send you a link requesting the alarm user's information and the details of at least two nominated emergency contacts.

We configure the device

Once the required information has been received, the GPS alarm can be prepared and configured for the TASK Connect monitoring service.

3

Your alarm is dispatched

Once all required information has been received, the device is normally dispatched within 2 to 3 working days and arrives ready to use.
