VAT exemption

If the alarm user meets the relevant eligibility criteria, the service may qualify for VAT exemption. If you are unsure, please see our VAT exemption guidance before completing the order.

Emergency contacts

You will be asked to provide details of trusted contacts or keyholders who may be contacted if the alarm is activated and assistance is required.

Silent response options

Depending on your circumstances, you can choose a discreet response arrangement so the monitoring team can follow an agreed plan if it may not be safe for you to speak openly.

Additional GPS options

If you choose the PIP GPS alarm, the form also allows you to select options such as fall detection and authorised location access for trusted contacts.

We’ll complete the remaining setup steps with you before your personal safety alarm is dispatched.

We receive your order

Once the order form has been submitted, we’ll begin setting up the account for your chosen personal safety alarm.

Look out for our email

We’ll send you an email asking for important information about the alarm user, including keyholder details, relevant medical information and any agreed response instructions.

Please complete and return the information requested in the email. If VAT exemption applies, we will also send a link to complete the relevant VAT exemption form.

We prepare & dispatch the alarm

Once all required information has been received, we can finish setting up the service and dispatch the alarm with the relevant setup guidance.

Important information about your order

The monitored personal safety alarm service is subject to a 12-month minimum monitoring term.
Alarm equipment is supplied on a rental basis for the duration of the service, unless otherwise stated.
VAT-exempt pricing applies only where the relevant eligibility criteria are met.
GSM and GPS-based alarms require suitable mobile network coverage in order to operate correctly.
GPS location information may be affected by factors such as signal availability, buildings and surrounding conditions.
Optional features such as fall detection and location access are device-dependent and must be selected where available.
No personal alarm or fall detection system can guarantee prevention of harm or 100% detection of every incident.
